Art Deco silver plated ice bucket

This unusual Art Deco silver plated ice bucket has a flared top and tapering bottom. It has double handles comprising two stacked ridged rings of different sizes, the top one being sightly larger than the bottom one but each has a small silver plated sphere on the inside of the ring. Two thirds of the way up the bucket are 5 incised rings running around the bucket. There are two small square cartouches on the base of the bucket, one stamped "15C" and the other stamped "AS".
